Solaray Selen 100 mcg contains L-Selenomethionine, pumpkin seeds, and broccoli powder. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. It also supports the maintenance of normal hair, nails, and thyroid function, and contributes to normal sperm formation.
