Power Reformer is Pilates-inspired training, where the whole body is challenged gently and effectively. Training takes place to upbeat music and everyone can participate regardless of shape, ambitions and you will leave here with a feeling of strength and well-being.

BURN&BUILD is cardio and strength training in groups where everyone can participate. You train short intervals on treadmills where you either walk or run, as well as strength training on the floor, where you use your own body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells etc.

Flow Yoga is inspired by Vinyasa yoga, which is a dynamic flow of yoga exercises, focused on building strength and endurance. Breathing is your most important focus and anyone can participate.

Body Balance combines exercises from yoga, pilates and tai chi, and the exercises are performed to music. Body Balance is part of the "Les Mills" concept. The team is for you who want to increase body awareness, strengthen body and mind from the inside out, reduce stress and release tension.

SOMA MOVE is a form of training that combines elements from Bodyflow, Pilates, Yoga and Calisthenics. Concepts have been developed by movement specialists who deal with the many possibilities of connective tissue.

Yin Yoga is a quiet meditative form of yoga and here you work with the connective tissue, meridian pathways (energy pathways in the body), qi (life energy) and the various organs. You will typically experience lying in the positions for 3-5 minutes.
