BODYBALANCE®

BODYBALANCE® combines exercises from yoga, pilates and tai chi, and the exercises are performed to music. BODYBALANCE® is part of the "Les Mills" concept. The team is for you who want to increase body awareness, strengthen body and mind from the inside out, reduce stress and release tension. BODYBALANCE® combines the mysticism of the East with the latest training knowledge from the West. The team is structured around exercises for flexibility, balance and strength, with a focus on breathing, inner calm and harmony.

You can either train at normal room temperature or take part in classes where we have turned the temperature up to 30 degrees in the room. Find your youth class on the team schedule.
