This is the classic reformer class where you tone the whole body at a good tempo to upbeat music. We focus on functional training from head to toe, based on the principles of Pilates in a natural flow of movement, which gives you a little sweat on your forehead. The class is for everyone, and you leave with a feeling of strength and well-being.

Burn & Build

BURN&BUILD is a unique training concept that strengthens your body and health in an effective, intense and challenging way. The class is made up of short cardio and strength intervals on the treadmill and the floor, respectively, where the training takes place with dumbbells, kettlebells and your own body weight. We designed this training experience to offer a class where you improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen and build your muscles and bones, and burn a lot of calories all at the same time. We recommend that you train in BURN&BUILD as a supplement to your other training in order to have a strong and healthy body throughout your life. Everyone can join, regardless of level and regardless of whether you can run or not. It is always possible to replace the run with a walk on the intervals.

FLOW YOGA/WARM FLOW YOGA

POWER YOGA is built around a dynamic and intense flow. The yoga positions are guided in time with the breath and composed into small sequences, and it all takes place in fluid movements. As a practitioner, it's about surrendering to the yoga positions and letting the body move in concert with the breath. You slide from position to position and are challenged on both strength, balance and coordination, just as you train your concentration and breathing awareness. POWER YOGA increases your energy and resilience and provides an experience of inner calm and balance. The class is rounded off with positions that bring the body down to speed, and ends with a guided relaxation session. The class is for everyone and please bring your own towel

YIN YOGA/WARM YIN YOGA

YIN YOGA is a meditative, gentle and in-depth form of yoga with a focus on the breath. The pace is calm and the positions are primarily performed sitting and lying down. You hold the positions for 3-5 minutes at a time, so that the body has time to release tension and yield. The intention is to get deep into your physical body to soften the connective tissue. The work with the connective tissue allows your body to recover faster and healthier and thus create a better balance in your body and mind. When you allow yourself to get deep into the body, it can positively affect your mental state - the mind gets a nice break from everyday life and busyness. Together with the breathing, the positions of YIN yoga - and the time spent in them - will reduce the amount of stress hormones in the body. Anyone can participate in this class and please bring your own towel.

SOMA MOVE®/WARM SOMA MOVE®

SOMA MOVE® is a form of training that combines elements from Bodyflow, Pilates, Yoga and Calisthenics. The concept was developed by movement specialists who deal with the many possibilities of connective tissue. The class is made up of exercises performed in flow series that challenge your motor skills, balance and strength. SOMA MOVE ® gives you the experience of stepping into an intense focus, where the body just "does" and the sweat trickles forth. After the class, you have a feeling of increased mobility, warmth and a stronger body.

BODYBALANCE®

BODYBALANCE® combines exercises from yoga, pilates and tai chi, and the exercises are performed to music. BODYBALANCE® is part of the "Les Mills" concept. The team is for you who want to increase body awareness, strengthen body and mind from the inside out, reduce stress and release tension. BODYBALANCE® combines the mysticism of the East with the latest training knowledge from the West. The team is structured around exercises for flexibility, balance and strength, with a focus on breathing, inner calm and harmony.
