BURN&BUILD

Burn&Build is high-intensity and effective interval training based on cardio and strength intervals on treadmill and on floor and training bench, where the training is performed with dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight. The goal of the teaching is to master the instruction of 2 different groups at the same time, so participants are challenged to get their heart rate up, strength train while maintaining a high sense of community.

  • 12-hour education program spread over 4 evenings/weekends

  • Body awareness and injury prevention
  • Hands-on and exercise modifications

  • The education concludes with an exam and certification
  • Additionally, you receive 5 class passes for training (value 700 DKK)

HOW TO JOIN

Alle kan i princippet deltage, men det er en fordel, at du har god træningserfaring og god forståelse for anatomi og gerne anden trænererfaring.
