POWER REFORMER

Our signature class where you train your entire body at a good pace to upbeat music. Based on Pilates, we focus on functionality, breathing, stability, and the body's core - what we call the body's Powerhouse. Stability and strength around the body's Powerhouse is your foundation and a prerequisite for all movement, making it an important element to incorporate in your training. The class is for everyone, and you'll leave with a feeling of strength and well-being. The training takes place on the reformer, which gives you an amazing experience of being challenged, regardless of your level.

BURN & BUILD

BURN&BUILD is a unique training concept that strengthens your body and health in an effective, intense, and challenging way. The class consists of short cardio and strength intervals on treadmills and floor work, using dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. We've designed this training experience to offer a class where you improve your cardiovascular system, strengthen and build your muscles and bones, and burn plenty of calories all at once. We recommend BURN&BUILD as a supplement to your other training for a strong and healthy body throughout life. Everyone can participate, regardless of level, and whether you can run or not. It's always possible to substitute running with walking during the intervals.

FLOW YOGA/WARM FLOW YOGA

FLOW YOGA is built around a dynamic and intense flow. Yoga poses are guided in sync with breathing and combined into small sequences, all happening in fluid movements. As a practitioner, it's about surrendering to the yoga poses and letting the body move in harmony with the breath. You glide from position to position and are challenged in strength, balance, and coordination, while training your concentration and breath awareness. FLOW YOGA increases your energy and resilience and provides an experience of inner peace and balance. The class concludes with positions that slow down the body and ends with guided relaxation. The class is for everyone, and please bring your own towel.

You can either train in regular room temperature or participate in classes where we've increased the temperature to 30 degrees in the room.

YIN YOGA/WARM YIN YOGA

YIN YOGA is a meditative, gentle, and deep-reaching form of yoga focusing on breathing. The pace is calm, and positions are primarily performed sitting and lying down. You hold the positions for 3-5 minutes at a time, allowing the body to release tension and yield. The intention is to reach deep into your physical body to increase connective tissue flexibility. Working with connective tissue gives your body the opportunity to recover faster and healthier, thus creating better balance in your body and mind. When you allow yourself to go deep into the body, it can positively affect your mental state - the mind gets a lovely break from everyday life and busy schedules. Together with breathing, YIN yoga's positions - and the time spent in them - will reduce stress hormones in the body. Everyone can participate in this class, and please bring your own towel.

SOMA MOVE®/WARM SOMA MOVE®

SOMA MOVE is a training form that combines elements from Bodyflow, Pilates, Yoga, and Calisthenics. The concept is developed by movement specialists who work with the many possibilities of connective tissue. The class is composed of exercises performed in flow series that challenge your motor skills, balance, and strength. SOMA MOVE gives you an experience of entering intense focus, where the body just "does" and sweat emerges. After class, you'll have a sense of increased mobility, warmth, and a stronger body.

PWR.8 PILATES ELEVATE

PWR.8 Pilates Elevate combines elements from classic mat Pilates, implementing fitness/ballet/toning/functional inspired exercises into the program, ensuring everyone gets an energetic and effective workout every time. The entire body is trained each time, always focusing on functionality, breathing, stability, and the body's core. The class is for all levels, and training takes place to uplifting music and may include various equipment such as resistance bands, Bala weights, balls, and more.
