REFORMER
In PWR.8's philosophy behind Reformer training, we base our approach on Joseph Pilates' principles. We implement approximately 20-30% fitness-inspired exercises into the teaching, ensuring everyone gets an energetic and effective workout every time. The goal of our teaching is to challenge all participants to get the optimal benefit from training by learning and understanding Pilates principles, thereby developing even greater body awareness, and progressively achieving more results in terms of increased strength and general well-being.

YOU GET
- 60-hour education program spread over 5 weekends
- Exercise manual Basic exercise review, including use of equipment Teaching techniques and pedagogy
- Training theory and program planning
- Anatomy and physiology
- Body awareness and injury prevention
- Hands-on and exercise modifications
- Music understanding and performance
- The education concludes with an exam and certification
- Additionally, you receive 20 class passes for training (value 2,500 DKK)
HOW TO JOIN
All can participate, however, it requires that you have completed a minimum of 20 Reformer or Pilates classes and have a good understanding of body anatomy or other teaching experience.
TID OG STED
The education takes place at both our studios and is offered twice a year - once in spring and once in fall.
