PWR.8 FEMALE 40+ BOOTCAMP
Are you experiencing poor sleep, joint pain, hot flashes, weight gain despite exercise, headaches, and dry mucous membranes? These could be signs of menopause. In collaboration with hormone expert and health advisor Betina Nygaard Bæk, we challenge the hormonal changes that occur in the body during menopause. Over 8 weeks, you will be guided through knowledge, training, and nutrition that teaches you how to transform your menopause from discomfort to well-being.

GETTING STARTED
PWR.8 Studio Frederiksberg Sunday d.22 September
CONTENT
Introduction to the program by instructors Rikke Holm and Arlette Bentzen, plus lecture by hormone expert and health advisor Betina Nygaard Bæk.
TESTS
Strength tests, hormone test questionnaire, blood sugar & blood pressure.
PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP
In addition to general information for the group, Betina will share weekly short videos with health tips regarding both nutrition and products that may be relevant for menopause.
CONSULTATION
2 online one-on-one consultations with Betina during the bootcamp.
TRAINING
A major part of the program is naturally about training. We train together 2 hours per week for 8 weeks, and additionally you get 10 passes to book extra training on your own in our studio. The training at PWR.8 Studio in Frederiksberg is based on our BURN & BUILD and Power Burn concepts to challenge your endurance and strength.
