MORE ABOUT THE BOOTCAMP

We are now launching a new Health Experiment with limited spots.

You "only" need to set aside 2 hours for training per week. Here you will be challenged to get your heart rate up and do strength training with our Burn&Build training concept.

Before starting, we measure all the things you can't see but might feel.

In collaboration with VO2 Lab – fitness test to measure oxygen uptake in your muscles, as well as blood tests to measure your cholesterol and triglycerides, plus measurements and weighing of your body, and a strength test, used for planning your personal training program, so you are challenged exactly where you are.

In all our previous programs, we have had an average improvement of over 30% on the above measurement parameters.

YOU GET

  • 2 hours of weekly training for 8 weeks
  • Test of your fitness level (VO2 max)
  • Strength test
  • Measurement of weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and circumference measurements
  • Blood test measuring blood values for cholesterol, triglycerides, and blood sugar

6,500 DKK including all tests and training sessions.
